Lead Design Efforts: Take ownership of \"version 1.0\" experiences and drive design concepts from ideation to execution. Research-Driven Design: Utilize customer insights, data, and industry best practices to inform and validate your design decisions. Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to solve complex CX challenges. Executive Presentations: Present and advocate for your design solutions to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Adaptable Design Methods: Tailor your design approach and fidelity to meet specific project needs, ensuring that solutions align with desired outcomes. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of design experience in CX/UX or a related field, with a solid portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, multi-platform design projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Mural, and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Experience with user-centered design: Understanding the principles of human-centered design and applying them to solve business and user problems. Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, and who enjoys mentoring others while also learning from peers. Strong familiarity with design software and the ability to optimize workflows across tools like Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of psychology and how it can be applied to improve design effectiveness. A natural curiosity and drive to stay on top of design trends and advancements in technology.
