About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at iPromo, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your team, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of Brand Consultants and Global Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives Manage and mentor a team of Brand Consultants Oversee an Account Management team based abroad Conduct high-level client meetings and close deals Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities Create and execute sales incentive programs Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the promotional products industry Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Excellent negotiation and closing skills What We Offer:
