Job Overview:
UPPF seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead revenue growth and brand engagement. This onsite role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales track record, complemented by marketing expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (60%)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and networking.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on market feedback.
Marketing (40%)
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
- Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) aligned with brand voice.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns.
- Track KPIs (ROI, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Partner with design and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Administrative & Collaborative Duties
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data and sales pipelines.
- Generate reports on sales performance and campaign metrics.
- Work cross-functionally to align sales/marketing efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with 1-3 years in marketing roles.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Experience in Automotive sectors.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
