Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and maintaining current ones, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our range of durable medical equipment to healthcare professionals, institutions, and individual consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and individual customers to understand their needs and promote our DME solutions.
2. Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and effectively recruiting new accounts in addition to maintaining existing ones.
3. Problem solving: Investigate and resolve provider issues and complaints.
4. Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our DME product line, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to confidently educate customers on the benefits of our solutions.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing valuable insights to the team to refine sales strategies.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
7. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and DME products is a plus.
- Respiratory therapy license is a plus.
