Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing customer-facing events including book signings, new store openings, product launch events, Skills Series Classes, and registry events. Additionally, this position will support marketing operations and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Lead the planning, coordination, and marketing efforts for consumer facing events including book signings, new store openings, product launch events, Skills Series Classes, and registry events. to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. Manage event briefing process and follow ups with cross-functional teams including site, email, PR, social and merchandising. Project Manage Internal Skills Series Events. Maintain event tracking processes including post-event recapping and financial analysis.
Retail Marketing Support Support retail marketing initiatives including launch boxes and contests tied to key launches/brand campaigns. Support Philanthropic efforts with No Kid Hungry for WSI and St. Jude for WS Brand including campaign materials and launch box. Work closely with Retail Teams & Store Operations to provide support for Brand Marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations Maintain key marketing operations documents including editorial calendar, launch tracker, collaborations tracker, and seasonal/launch playbooks. Coordinate marketing materials, signage and assets to support brand marketing campaigns and events. Manage marketing/event partner payment set ups and oracle payment processing.
Qualifications Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Oriented, Proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Project Management Skills including coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking timelines, and consistent communication.
Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for various audiences including internal and external partners, and customers. Adept at writing marketing materials, event briefs, tracking documents and presentations, ensuring consistency, and on-brand messaging.
Interpersonal Skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree required

The expected starting pay range for this position is $71,400.00 - $83,850.00. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
