We rely on talented colleagues in a wide variety of professional roles including information technology, financial analysis, audit, provider relations and more.Position Purpose: Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day production of the Health Plan's marketing for department work plans. This Specialist will support production and project management tasks for Marketing functional.What You Will Do:Works as a member of the marketing team to support and build the Health Plan brands.Collaborates with subject matter experts, product leaders, sales and broker team, and freelancers to complete tasks.Writes, edits and proofreads content with excellence, assuring that messaging effectively engages target audience and reflects the individual product brands.Handles CMS communication filings through Health Plan Management System (HPMS).Maintains quality brand, state and federal regulatory, and project management standards and guidelines as they relate to job duties.Continuously identifies and implements cost savings approaches for the department.Proven ability to improve processes across the department.Maintains professional affiliations within their field of interest to best represent Health Plan interests.Implements and ensures policies and procedures related to department are understood and executed consistentlyMinimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree.Experience: Three years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related experience. Health care and insurance experience preferred; Medicare or Medicaid experience would be a bonus.Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects with manager oversight.Competence with a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system. Proven ability to use Microsoft Office/Teams and project management systems.
