Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our Music Festival Division. This role is responsible for managing vendor relations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations for food, beverage, and merchandise vendors at music festivals across the country. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to ensure festival success.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17.50 to $21.00.

Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors before, during, and after festivals.
- Coordinate vendor selection, applications, contracts, and compliance with festival requirements.
- Ensure vendors meet licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist vendors with site placement, power, water, and other logistical needs.
Logistics & On-Site Support
- Oversee vendor setup, operation, and breakdown at events.
- Work closely with festival operations and production teams to manage vendor locations and resolve issues in real time.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to festival guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Track vendor fees, payments, and required permits.
- Assist in negotiating vendor contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contacts, agreements, and post-event evaluations.
- Generate post-event reports and provide feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in event operations, vendor management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-energy, fast-paced festival environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for festival events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage services is preferred.
