Marketing Director Position Description
St. Anne School in Seattle is seeking a part-time Marketing Director (0.5-0.75 FTE) for the 2025-26 school year. We are a mission-driven school dedicated to educational excellence, the living of Gospel values, building Christian community, and inspiring compassionate service.
The candidate should have a marketing and development background and experience working in or with Catholic schools. We are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. The candidate should be committed to supporting the Catholic mission of the school, and preference is given to a practicing Catholic.

The Marketing Director will work in collaboration with the School Development Director and the School Principal. We are looking for a candidate with a background in marketing, experience in communication and community engagement, and the capacity to manage the school's online presence to promote the school’s mission and vision. Responsibilities include:
Leadership and support of the school’s Parent Association.
Developing and implementing strategies to promote community-building school events.
Managing the school website and social media platforms.
Collaborating with the Development Director on the School Auction and other fundraising initiatives.
Overseeing the design of marketing materials including The Annual Report, fundraising newsletters, 5-year Plan, and Accreditation reports.
Supporting the school’s mission and vision through marketing strategies and creating system-wide initiatives that support school programs.
