Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Performance Marketing Supervisor is a subject matter expert level position that is responsible for coordinating all SEO, SEM and Display efforts.
This role will enable paid media and organic strategies by working closely with external partners and agencies to execute strategic vision, operate & support day to day programs and take on optimization initiatives all with the effort of growing topline revenue.
This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and serve as a key support between multiple internal and external partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values
- Work with the digital agency on campaign ideation, creative strategy and coordinate creative for promotional periods
- In partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, execute the digital marketing strategy with internal and external partners
- Task out development needs such as integrations, tag & event implementation, and audience management to internal and external technology partners
- QA on all new campaign builds including copy, shopping feeds, landing page destinations and creative
- Support external SEO partners, including agencies and development groups, to drive continuous improvement in organic positions
- Conduct audits and strive for continuous improvements in technical SEO by partnering with external development partners, internal eCommerce departments to identify bugs, improve website performance and UX.
- Manage the Local SEO program including location management and Google My Business optimization
- Support internal teams with content briefs, keyword research and SEO best practices for on page content and blog initiatives.
- In partnership with multiple agencies, continuously analyze paid media efforts against SEO efforts to optimize spend
- Work in partnership with PR agencies for link building activities
- Issue weekly reporting for all paid media and SEO efforts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, search engine update, AI technologies and industry best practices
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience coordinating integrated marketing programs across digital channels
- Several years in a fast-paced ecommerce and web analytics environment
- Hands-on technical and functional experience as a practitioner of tools and technologies such as Google Analytics, SEMRush
- A preference for a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships and partnering across 3rd party and internal teams
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Based at our Home Office in Tyler, Texas; Tyler area residence
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred - specialization in Marketing, Business or related experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar specialized role
- Experience in retail apparel or other branded consumer goods
- Self-starter, with an inquisitive disposition and a can-do attitude
- Strategic and analytical mindset, always looking to proactively improve processes and customer experience
