Location: Walnut, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $95,000 - 120,000 per yearWe're looking for a Director of Retail Marketing to lead marketing and retail activities that drive brand growth and presence. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you'll collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Creative teams to support initiatives and new opportunities. With a focus on consistent brand messaging, this role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Essential Tasks, Duties, & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the VP of Marketing to lead the brand's growth within the beauty and cosmetics sectors through a global, cross-functional team.Develop, implement, and measure strategic brand plans to drive revenue, strengthen retailer partnerships, and enhance the customer experience.Analyze market trends and promotional strategies to assess brand performance, capture best practices, and recommend improvements.Create and execute comprehensive consumer marketing plans, including digital and social media campaigns, promotions, and in-store strategies.Brief Product Development on new product ideas, sampling, and collateral to meet consumer and retailer needs while boosting brand performance.Work with Visual Marketing and Creative teams to develop in-store, digital, and advertising materials, ensuring alignment with the consumer journey.Manage marketing calendars and collaborate on strategies for product launches, promotions, pricing, and inventory management.Coordinate with international teams as needed.Undertake additional projects as directed by management.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in CPG brand management.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring teams.Project ownership with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.Effective collaboration and communication across functions.Exceptional attention to detail for flawless execution.Ability to act quickly and decisively to meet KPIs and drive innovation.Passionate about the brand and inspiring others.Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of beauty, fashion, and digital/social trends.Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong verbal, written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.CPGJobID: 1081788 #LI-CELLA#LI-KF1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
