Location: TBD, either Jersey City or Manhattan (hybrid 3x per week)Job Type: W2 hourly contract-to-hireCompensation Range: $45-55/hrOn behalf of our Financial Services client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join their Travel Rewards Marketing team. This role is essential for supporting key marketing projects, managing timelines, and applying strategies into executional plans. The ideal candidate will also handle special projects and collaborate effectively with team members across the business. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans that translate business and marketing strategies into actionable execution plans that drive results.
Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and align with strategic objectives.
Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear, open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective project execution.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and issues in project execution and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in project management for marketing organizations, email marketing, integrated marketing or a related performance marketing role.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
