Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Graphic Designer - Boca Raton, FL.
The Coordinator, Graphic Designer will develop marketing, game day, and social media collateral while working in conjunction with the athletics leadership team, coaches, and administrators, in addition to regular consultation with the university's Creative Director and Art Director within Public Affairs. The Coordinator, Graphic Designer maintains Florida Atlantic brand standards and policies and creates brand continuity across all media platforms, including digital and print.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Maintain brand integrity while adhering to Florida Atlantic guidelines and consistency by creating and managing all aspects of creative collateral, from design concept to delivery, including but not limited to:
Athletics Department collateral -- schedule posters and cards, ads, direct mail, brochures, game day programs, etc.
Create graphics for special events throughout the year that help the athletic department drive revenue, aid fundraising, and build fandom.
Design graphics for digital inventory owned or purchased by the athletic department, including screens, websites, social media platforms, paid advertising, and more. Work closely with the department requesting the artwork to understand objectives and use, and collaborate on design.
Aid the Paradise Club, athletics fundraising arm, in the design of various fundraising materials, including brochures, web materials, promotional graphics, and more.
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal units and university colleagues and externally with print and website vendors to realize and implement design concepts.
Work directly with various communications and marketing contacts to create graphic design elements that help tell our brand story, drive attendance and revenue, and present the University athletic department in the desired light.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required.
