The LATCANZ Central Marketing Team for Amazon Prime Video is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement, through a broad combination of marketing channels across marketplaces. Our team owns the Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video Storefront, Email, Amazon retail, and more. We support the LATCANZ region, our markets include Australia (AU), Canada (CA), New Zealand (NZ), Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), Colombia (CO), Chile (CL), Argentina (AR), Peru (PE) and the remainder of Latin America.
As O&O Marketing Manager for Prime Video, you will be part of the team responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) Managing and optimizing the content calendar across business lines with internal teams to best allocate share of voice and maximize merchandising and marketing efficiency. (2) Developing the merchandising strategy across all owned and operated channels for a list of key Prime Video titles, including the messaging, promotional campaign and customer segmentation. (3) Executing merchandising campaigns that feature new movie and TV content on our Storefront constantly raising the bar on innovation and quality of execution. (4) Measuring impact and efficiency of merchandising strategies to iterate and improve performance.
You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, demonstrable expertise in end-to-end campaign execution, and strong organizational skills. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. A passion for entertainment is a plus! Key job responsibilities

Owning O&O marketing channels, with an emphasis on the Storefront (Living Room/Web/Mobile Applications) for Prime Video, defining the marketing strategy and the content calendar, contributing to the content roadmap in collaboration with other marketing managers and country teams to increase viewer acquisition and engagement

Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to manage calendar and share of voice allocation across high visibility placements and devices

Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices including new content launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns

Optimizing campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps

Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally with channel and product leads to implement improvements
Basic Qualifications
-
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
-
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
-
Experience creating and implementing digital/product/in-app merchandising strategies or campaigns
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-territory campaign management

Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
