Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing the social media strategy and executing the social media calendar in coordination with content, campaign messaging, and branding standards. The role involves cultivating online relationships with customers and industry leaders to facilitate reviews, backlinks, and potential partnerships.
What you will need
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of marketing experience required.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, Google Business, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and various social measurement tools.
How you will make an impact
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team and other marketing team members to plan and implement the social media calendar aligned with the overall content strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, internal subject matter experts, and others to create engaging social media video content.
- Adapt digital assets as needed for social media, adhering to brand standards.
- Manage accounts and maintain consistent posting across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Facebook pages, and Google Business accounts for all locations.
- Follow and engage to build relationships with business and personal accounts of customers, industry-related groups, and influencers.
- Manage the company's employee advocacy initiatives and conduct internal social media training.
- Provide and deliver key insights on digital analytics monthly.
- Develop influencer campaigns and manage relationships internally and externally.
