Collaborate with University: Focus on KONE's priority technical themes. Select suitable university teams for future technology studies. Create and maintain technical specifications: Develop technical requirement specifications for concept projects or research cases. Create and select proposals for new technical solutions: Generate innovative ideas and proposals. Choose the best proposals for decision-making. Develop technical solutions ensuring functionality, quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, interface compatibility, and compliance with standards. Manage Engineering team for technical execution: Oversee team performance and design work. Monitor external resources and write task assignments. Follow up on task execution and quality. Select subcontractors and communicate with stakeholders. Develop Capabilities: Enhance team skills and share technological know-how. Provide practical tool usage rules and support for engineers. Propose performance improvements and design guidelines. Authority to decide: Select technical proposals for concepts/research. Choose design methods. What We Offer

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in service design, business, strategy, engineering, liberal arts, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in design organizations. Agile multidisciplinary experience preferred. Willingness to travel. Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal. Behavioral Competencies
