Fluke do Brasil – Brazil - São Paulo, SP Job Description: Support marketing team in Latin America to improve our channel marketing strategies, delivering short-term results while optimizing over time against a clear set of performance goals, working with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes including awareness, lead management and channel performance. Build best practice channel analytics capabilities and tools. Drive recruitment channel marketing innovation, best practices, leveraging new approaches and technologies. Main activities: Execute plans and marketing activities with channel Distributors and Masters in Latin America (Brazil and Hispanic countries). Follow up Action Plan for MKT Co-ops with Distributors and Masters. Monitor KPIs by country: Funnel Management, lead qualifications, promos and NPIs. Internal follow up and alignments (Territory Sales Managers). Monitor quarterly Channel Marketing Assessment indicators. Manage platforms and share new assets with distributors and masters. Meetings, seminars and tradeshows execution. Merchandising, printed assets and retail plans. Run SPIFF campaigns with sales team. Run local promos with distributors. iOS and Android App updates (Virtual sales assistant LATAM): news, promos, new assets, and trainings. Sales educational Platforms updates: courses, content, and certifications. BID marketing vendors. Monthly newsletter focused on Distributors and Masters. Requisitions: English and Spanish – Advanced level for writing, speaking, and writing. Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business, Marketing or Communications. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications. Local/regional marketing experience (Hispanic countries). Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
