We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creator to grow our social media presence for our Schwab Network Brand. This is a great opportunity to build our social network presence while collaborating with internal teams to align on content strategies. Responsibilities include: Conceptualize, script and edit engaging social media videos. Organize social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic daily posting. Organize and maintain a social content library for internal and external use. Schedule and coordinate content from external partners. Work closely with internal teams to align content strategies. Drive new engagement strategies across platforms. Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a vibrant online community. Prepare monthly social media performance reports, analyzing engagement and content effectiveness. What you have: To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have: Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a retail or consumer brand environment (agency or in-house). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools. Strong video editing skills with experience using social video editing software. Passion for social media, with a keen eye on the latest trends and best practices. Knowledge of finance and markets, with a genuine enthusiasm for the space. Strong copywriting skills for engaging social media captions and posts. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
