Role: Instructional Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials for Salesforce and FACETS claims platform or other CRM implementations in an operational environment.
Shift training methodology from traditional instructor-led formats to a modular, just-in-time approach for improved accessibility and efficiency.
Create quick reference guides and other easy-to-digest learning materials to support on-demand learning.
Must-Have Skill Sets:
Experience with Salesforce and FACETS claims platform (or similar CRM systems in an operational setting).
Instructional Design expertise , including transitioning to a just-in-time, modular training approach .
Technical writing and content development skills to create concise, effective quick reference guides .
Ability to analyze training needs and adapt learning materials accordingly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
