If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.**What you will do**_Key Responsibilities:_+ Assist in managing detailed quote and order log for national government contracts+ Assist in confirming use of correct pricing and discounts for Sourcewell contract quotes from dealers+ Daily follow up with dealerships for all required Sourcewell contract paperwork (quotes, POs, invoices)+ Reconcile various forms of paperwork to ensure contract and internal compliance+ Track, monitor, prioritize flow to meet contract reporting deadlines+ Assist in completing & submitting multiple government contract quarterly reports+ Assist Federal Sales Manager as needed+ Order all required Volvo Merchandise for any Customer Events, Show, etc.+ Order all required product literature, marketing and support materials for both customers and internal needs**Who you are**_Key Skills:_+ Ability to organize, structure and prioritize a wide range of tasks in an efficient manner+ Extremely detail oriented+ Expertise with Excel spreadsheets, formulas, creation of graphs+ Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both in writing and orally+ Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances+ Experience in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)+ Experience with Powerpoint helpful+ Experience and knowledge of SAP a plus_Minimum Education Requirements and Qualifications:_+ Applicant must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.+ Spring Interns may work up to 30 hours per week and must be enrolled as full-time student.+ Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.**What's in it for you**At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth.
