Katia Designs, a $10M e-commerce jewelry brand, is seeking a visionary leader to drive our next growth phase. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work remotely with regular in-person collaboration and includes a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and potential equity with a vesting schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated growth across digital and retail channels, expanding our wholesale division.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and brand consistency across all channels.
- Drive product development to introduce new offerings aligned with our brand ethos.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scaling multi-location fashion brands (e.g., Kendra Scott), driving significant growth.
- Expertise in managing customer service teams and ensuring consistent brand experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, with travel to our headquarters for key meetings and collaboration.
