Our state-of-the-art 15,000-square-foot test kitchen in Boston’s Seaport District is where our dedicated team creates and perfects recipes, techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Role Overview
As the VP, Digital Content Strategy, you will lead the digital editorial operations for ATK’s renowned brands: America’s Test Kitchen, Cook’s Illustrated, and Cook’s Country. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive audience engagement and grow our digital subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy across ATK’s digital platforms.
Lead a team responsible for digital editorial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Enhance existing digital content to maximize SEO and audience engagement.
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to implement the content strategy.
Partner with marketing to align content strategy with social media and email marketing efforts.
Innovate and create unique content franchises to enhance the consumer experience.
Manage editorial calendars to ensure content meets business objectives and deadlines.
Oversee budget management and track content performance metrics for actionable insights.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital editorial roles, with a focus on team management and audience growth.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices within content strategy.
Experience in food and cooking media preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with subscription-based businesses is a plus.

Location and Schedule:
Based in Boston, MA, the role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote.
