Overview
At Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, during the final month of their senior year (April 28th - May 23rd), 12th-grade students participate in a Senior Project. This project involves an internship designed to allow each student to explore a field of genuine interest. It provides an opportunity for seniors to develop new skills, build meaningful relationships within the community, and explore interests in innovative ways. Furthermore, it serves as a valuable networking opportunity that has led many students to establish long-lasting professional connections. This culminating, individualized internship experience, crafted by the student in collaboration with their faculty advisor, offers a chance to investigate opportunities and occupations beyond the academic setting. Successful completion of the Senior Project at the end of a student's academic career is their final graduation requirement.
