Job Description
Job Summary
Plan, design, and implement products through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Work with others to troubleshoot key issues to create a great user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative product or product line designs that reflect current trends and the organization's aesthetic.
- Assist in creating sketches, concept boards, color palettes, or other visual demonstrations translating market trends into organizational products.
- Perform a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
- Apply working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within the organization.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies to accomplish objectives and goals.
- Solve moderately complex to complex problems and analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
- Explain complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance to less experienced team members.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.
