Creative Director Mosaic Christian Fellowship’s vision as a church is to Reach, Embrace and Disciple. We seek to reach the lost in the various places where God sends us, to embrace them in the gospel and to make disciples of them for God’s glory. We are Reformed in our theology and Presbyterian in our ecclesiology. We seek to be full of the Spirit and be on movement for the sake of mission. Job Summary: The Mosaic Creative Director will lead Mosaic’s Creative Ministry in producing online God-content. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing teams, recruiting team members (when needed), and cultivating visual messaging. The Creative Team is responsible for Mosaic’s identity online and will provide direction for consistency in branding and “common language.” The Creative Director will lead in creating content and contribute to the Sunday worship experience by managing all aesthetics and visuals. A commitment to vision casting and execution. An open heart to become close teammates with staff and church members. An ability to originate new ideas, have an understanding of design and execute vision through team building. An ability to create and improve systems for efficiency. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop or equivalent media applications. Ability to manage graphic designers and photographers/videographers. A proven track record of people management and delegation. Ministry Responsibilities: Creative Team Vision and Leadership: Conceive Mosaic Creative Team’s annual production schedule and mobilize team to accomplish content production goals. Implement vision by empowering the team and guiding content creation. Implement project management software or system and guide teams through. Work with pastoral staff to bring gospel truth and guidance online in a relevant way to the next generation. Creative Team Training: Build exciting team culture through team building, idea sharing and collaboration. Teach necessary applications and tools for content creation to recruits. Hold innovation exercises to stir up new ideas for Mosaic’s production. YouTube and Social Media: Develop online missions content on YouTube. Cultivate an inspiring social media presence to reach non-believers with God’s truth (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc). Responsible for creating Mosaic’s identity online. Aesthetic, Visuals and Branding: Integrate branding and graphics among all of Mosaic’s online platforms. Devise consistency and innovation for Mosaic’s worship space. Supervise aesthetic consistency for all Mosaic’s print materials, clothing and merchandise.
