3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Viking Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investor Relations and Marketing Director to lead the firm’s investor engagement and brand strategy. This role will focus on cultivating and maintaining investor relationships, overseeing fundraising and distribution communications, and enhancing the company’s visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial real estate sector and marketing experience. Responsibilities Investor Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors. Responsible for fundraising initiatives for real estate funds and deals and for investor base expansion. Prepare and manage investor updates, newsletters, quarterly reports, and webinars. Lead the onboarding process for new investors, including data room access, compliance documentation, and investment portal setup. Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and annual investor conferences. Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to deliver accurate information. Work with outside legal counsel on drafting fund materials and fund legal documents. Marketing & Communications Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm’s investment offerings and brand. Manage digital presence, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media. Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and firm brochures. Collaborate with designers and vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral. Track and analyze campaign performance and investor engagement metrics. Ensure brand consistency across all investor-facing communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or marketing within private equity, commercial real estate, or financial services. Deep understanding of private real estate investment structures (REITs, Funds, Syndications, etc.). Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), email marketing platforms, and investor portals (e.g., Juniper Square). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and analytical skills, highly motivated team player who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with business leaders across the company, as well as the executive team. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
