With locations all over the Western US, we are your one-stop shop for all your automotive needs. As we grown our family of locations, we have an immediate need for a Marketing Manager who will oversee all of our MarCom and advertising needs. Ideal candidates will have a overall generalist background (B2C) with experience developing campaigns for multi-locations. We are hybrid (2 days in-office) out of our Petaluma location.

Job Details
This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned marketer who is passionate about developing and executing innovative B2C marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing efforts.
Is your background a match?
* 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, with a focus on B2C marketing
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for a smaller company
* Data-driven and passion for analytics
* Strong understanding of current marketing trends, strategies, and best practices
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (we use Cinch CRM, tableau, Birdseye, and Canva)
* Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing
What will you be doing?
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the market
* Lead the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, including direct mail, digital marketing, social media, events, and PR
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities deliver a high return on investment
* Collaborate external vendors to develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns
* Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of all campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
* Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
