AttainX Inc. Job Title: Senior Communication Manager Location: Virginia Hybrid/Remote Citizenship: US Citizen Security Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain USCIS security clearance. Pending Contract Award AttainX, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead and guide communication strategies supporting the USCIS Data Strategy Support Services 3 (DSSS 3) contract. Responsibilities include managing communications across Data Management, Data Culture, Evidence Building and Evaluation, Process Streamlining, Project Management, and Front Office Support. The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs within federal or large organizations. Basic Qualifications Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement in government or corporate sectors. Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale communication plans. Expertise in technical writing, content development, and digital communication strategies. Experience with data visualization, executive reporting, and presenting technical information to non-technical audiences. Knowledge of federal data policies and information governance frameworks. Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Motivated, initiative-taker, adaptable to dynamic environments. Must be a U.S. citizen with a current USCIS clearance or able to obtain one. Preferred Qualifications USCIS background and client experience preferred. Experience developing and delivering large-scale training programs. Knowledge of federal data policies, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy). Duties Develop and oversee enterprise-wide communication strategies for USCIS data initiatives. Lead and mentor the communications team, ensuring consistent messaging and quality. Create and manage executive communications, including memoranda and briefing materials. Coordinate stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring effective communication with leadership, teams, and external entities. Manage outreach efforts to promote data governance initiatives. Develop content for web, reports, presentations, and social media platforms. Ensure compliance with DHS and USCIS branding, privacy, and security standards. Support data literacy initiatives with educational and training materials. Implement knowledge management strategies, maintaining SOPs and documentation. Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
