Position Summary
Maintain relationships with current clients. Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide
general information; greet and direct visitors; answer routine inquiries; maintain log of inquiries as required. Communicate professionally with clients over the phone, e-mail, and in person. Create advertising proposals for clients. Working with current clients, design thumbnails of ads to be created by advertising production staff. Schedule ads in accounting software. Handle payments, including entering transactions in accounting software and submitting cash and checks to the accounting office. Input client information and contacts into accounting software. Proof ads on a daily basis.
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Preferred QualificationsRequired Knowledge: Good customer service skills. Must exhibit strong organizational and communication
skills, both oral and written.
Experience in sales. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and social media.
Experience in a deadline situation.
