Sr. Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative individual with experience in brand design and development with a focus on B2B markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and digital product marketing content. A deep understanding of CGI creative direction and development is essential.
The candidate must possess strong technical skills, including a solid understanding of product photography and advanced creative direction capabilities. Expertise in product marketing strategy from a creative standpoint is required to ensure cohesive and impactful assets that align with brand, product, and marketing strategy. Additionally, the candidate should have digital UI/UX experience with knowledge of web applications and basic coding. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, WP Engine, and Elementor Pro is necessary, and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint workflow is a plus.
We are looking for someone who thrives in an in-house creative team and a fast-paced startup environment. The candidate should have a strategic design style based on insights and systems, and be an effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Self-driven with the ability to consider the big picture, the candidate should also be able to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong briefing and directing skills for CGI agency and internal execution team are required, along with a flexible schedule to adapt to changing project needs and global workflow.
Responsibilities include developing cohesive creative and content strategy across multiple platforms by translating creative briefs for new product launches. The candidate will create consistent omnichannel shopping experiences with content hierarchy and shopper decision trees that drive sales and align with brand strategy. Providing creative direction for all photography projects to ensure alignment with creative strategy and goals is essential. The candidate will collaborate with CGI agencies to create powerful lifestyle photography that is on trend, aligns with our brand vision, and provides an engaging shopping experience. Meeting deadlines to ensure cross-functional workstreams remain on schedule and avoid disruptions is crucial.
The candidate will interface with internal teams, including Product Designers to collaborate on innovative design solutions and product-specific content, the Asset Management Team to coordinate consistent design asset usage and updates, the Copywriter to ensure content and design alignment, and the Implementation Team to engage for smooth execution of design projects. Externally, the candidate will share and collaborate on GTM product marketing planning with Business Unit Stakeholders, ODP Corp., ODOMX, and ODPBS to ensure alignment. They will also partner with Photo Studios, including CGI agencies, to produce high-quality visual content.
