Minimum 6+ years of experience in a marketing operations role or similar positionExperience in a fast-growth enterprise software (SaaS) or high-tech life science company supporting teams executing ABM and high-end enterprise salesSuccessful history working with executive leadership, with emphasis on planning, strategy, and budget managementProven technical, analytical, and quantitative skills coupled with practical communication skills (verbal and written) that enable translating complex data and/ or issues into productive discussions/actions at the executive and operational levelsExperience in the development and use of business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboardsExperience in the use of third-party data sources for lead database building and augmentationAdvanced user of marketing automation systems such as MarketoStrong working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processesUnderstanding of critical technologies in the marketing technology stackAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointInnovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team playerProcess and quality orientation with extreme attention to detailNice to Have

Base pay: $150,000 - $220,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
