About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute content strategies across product copy, email campaigns, and social media platforms. With a proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions, this individual will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to craft content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in product copy and content marketing, This individual embraces and supports our in-person/on-site work culture and embodies our company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the creation of high-quality product descriptions, feature highlights, and landing page content that communicates product value propositions and drives customer conversion.
· Craft clear and engaging copy for web content, print collateral, emails, social media, and additional platforms.
· Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including crafting engaging subject lines, copy, and calls to action to boost open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
· Oversee social media content strategy and execution for various platforms ensuring content is aligned with brand voice and resonates with our audience.
· Develop a consistent social media content calendar, and track engagement metrics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
· Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice while being tailored to each platform’s audience.
· Develop and refine the unique voice of each brand under the Ardmore Home Design umbrella.
· Create themes and overviews for seasonal product launches to drive engagement.
· Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, coherence, and consistency across all platforms.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of copy under tight deadlines.
· Collaborate effectively with diverse teams on various projects, ensuring all content meets brand goals and objectives.
· Partner with Graphic Designers and Project Managers to brainstorm creative ideas, ensuring that the copy aligns with design and meets its intended objectives.

Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in product copywriting, email marketing, and social media.
· Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling content that engages and converts.
· Expertise in email marketing platforms, social media strategy, and copywriting best practices.
· Knowledge of email automation tools and social media management platforms.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Master’s degree or additional certifications in content marketing is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with various departments and stakeholders.

· Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation
Starting annual salary: $85,000-110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
