Social Media Marketing Specialist – Houston

Location: Houston, TX 77079

Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Office Only)

We’re not hiring a social media assistant—we’re hiring someone to shape and grow our brand's voice online.

Your Role

Create, publish, and grow our branding through online content (video, reels, posts) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Responsibilities

·Shoot/edit/publish videos for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn posts

·Use Canva/CapCut/Adobe to design company brochures

·Assist in Mailchimp/Constant Contact emails and CRM (Salesforce)

·Work on-site with team (no remote/freelance)

·Conduct property tours and represent the company at events

Who We’re Looking For

·You understand how content goes viral

·You know what performs on Instagram, TikTok/YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn

·Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Adobe or similar tools

·Recent grads encouraged — we care more about your work than your resume

Compensation

Starting at $45,000+ based on experience/portfolio
