$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Job Purpose: To lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Anderson’s Tax, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning services. This role focuses on building high-performing, multi-channel campaigns that convert qualified prospects through educational funnels and optimized user journeys. The ideal candidate is an innovative growth marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies including paid advertising, social media, search, email, affiliates, and events to generate qualified leads and drive conversions .Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling offers, landing pages, and marketing assets aligned with key audience segments .Partner with service leaders and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives .Paid Media :Lead strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms .Oversee the production of high-impact video ads and short-form social content with internal and external creative partners .Continuously A/B test headlines, creative elements, scripts, and offers to optimize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) .Funnel Optimization :Evaluate the entire customer journey to identify and address conversion bottlenecks across all channels .Design and implement educational funnels including webinars, live events, workshops, and interactive content that build trust and drive action .Performance Management :Track and analyze marketing KPIs including cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), engagement metrics, and overall ROI .Build and maintain dashboards that visualize performance trends and provide actionable insights to marketing and executive stakeholders esIntegri tyConsistently demonstrates ethical behavio r.Addresses minor ethical issues independentl y.Ensures confidentiality and privacy in various situation onCommunicates effectively in various setting s.Collaborates well with team members to achieve common goal s.Tailors messages to different audiences and situation s.Critical Thinking / Problem Solvi ngAnalyzes problems independently and develops effective solution s.Uses creative thinking to address more complex issue s.Evaluates the effectiveness of solutions and makes necessary adjustment onAddresses conflicts independently and impartiall y.Mediates effectively between parties to reach resolution s.Uses advanced conflict resolution strategie s.Developing Others / Empowerme ntActively supports the development of team member s.Provides regular feedback and opportunities for growt h.Encourages initiative and empowers others to take on new challenge s. Required Qualificatio ns:4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketi ng.Demonstrated success managing paid digital campaigns with measurable results and strong R OI.Strong analytical skills and experience drawing actionable insights from marketing da ta.Background in service-based businesses—ideally in financial services, tax, legal, or consulti ng.Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skil ls. Preferred Qualificati ons:Certifications or advanced coursework in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related ar eas. Performance Met rics:Lead Genera tion: Volume and quality of leads generated through paid and organic campa igns.Campaign Perform ance: Achievement of KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and CAC.Conversion Optimiza tion: Improvements in funnel performance through testing and itera tion.Revenue Im pact: Contribution to business growth through marketing-driven acquisition strate gies.
