LPA is seeking a passionate
Entry Level Interior Designer
to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our workplace studio is committed to creating engaging environments that foster communication and collaboration. We have completed projects such as Edwards Lifescience Campus Expansion, Southland Industries and Technology Company HQ Wellness Center. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house multidisciplinary teams including engineering, landscape and interiors. We work primarily on workplace projects Southern California.

What you will do: Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects Review and process construction administration documents Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination What we will do:
Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects Provide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development process Education opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and Learns Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture 0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Committed to building a long-term professional career

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
