Help translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs working with technology partners to plan and design new features and own the overall quality of what is being delivered You will be an advocate for users and an ambassador for Client's brand, creating designs that are familiar, intuitive, and accessible for all Partner with 2 developers and 1 other UX designer to assist in a GIS Accessibility initiative
Ensure that all designs and development are ADA compliant MUST HAVES
4+ years of UX design experience Manager prefers candidates from "Start-Ups" or smaller companies **not freelance** Experience with Sketch and Figma MUST have ADA/ Accessibility experience (Section 508 and WCAG) A strong portfolio committed to user centered design CANNOT have obvious ADA issues in their portfolio Must know how to look at browser dev tools (HTML/CSS) and understand the component May require some basic testing knowledge Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital interfaces Experience working in an agile environment, working with JIRA PLUSSES
