Overview
Through bold storytelling, data-driven insights, and market-defining campaigns, we engage buyers and customers with the frameworks, strategies, and content they need to run revenue with precision. We shape Clari's category leadership, build momentum with high-impact PR and analyst engagement, and drive demand through best-in-class digital and in-person experiences. From pipeline generation to brand awareness, our team creates the most compelling content, thought leadership, and customer stories that showcase how the best revenue teams win. About the Role
At Clari, you'll work closely with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to build new features and optimize existing features for our global web properties, including clari.com. Reporting to and collaborating with the Sr. Website Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, architecting, and building both a website for Product-Led-Growth, and a Web Operations function that serves all Clari stakeholders. While we don't expect you to be an expert in all technologies and tools, a key aspect of this role will be the application of your technical and problem-solving skills to overcome cross-functional challenges across the full marketing stack. From code development, to deployment pipeline, to integration with our other Marketing systems, you will help define best-practices, establish governance, and build solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations with agility, usability, and quality in mind. This is a fully remote opportunity with a location based in the PST/MST timezone highly preferred. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end components for dynamic CMS and headless/static environments using HTML, SASS/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Vue/React. Build and optimize solutions within Optimizely/Episerver, Azure, .NET, and ASP environments, leveraging C# and back-end infrastructures. Manage and support various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, and headless/static frameworks. Oversee DevOps processes, including code pipeline management, deployment strategies, GIT, and CI/CD, ensuring security and scalability of web applications. Translate design, functional, and information architecture requirements into scalable CMS components and structures. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to scope technical implementations, create wireframes, and align solutions with brand principles. Utilize modern design and content tools such as Figma, Markdown, SVG, and Lottie to enhance workflows and content creation. Ensure UX best practices are implemented, integrating brand-aligned design systems and translating user stories into effective coded components. Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across the marketing technology stack, including Consent Management Platforms (OneTrust), Marketo, SFDC, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Tableau, and Looker. Act as a coach and mentor, training stakeholders on CMS best practices, assisting content producers, and providing QA and content publishing support as needed. Qualifications
Ability to work independently and efficiently in situations of ambiguity; knowing when to check in for alignment before wasting cycles, and when to drive forward to a finished product that will pass stakeholder reviews Proactive approach to site security and technical performance Able to identify both high-yield projects and opportunities, and also demonstrate the fortitude to drive through routine housekeeping requirements with efficiency and a high attention-to-detail Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholders Demonstrable experience onboarding cross-functional teams to CMS workflows, especially during large-scale projects or transitioning teams to new systems Perks and Benefits @ Clari
