Missoula, Montana | Full-Time, On-Site | $40,000/year starting + Full Benefits

The Auction Photographer & Shipping/Fulfillment Associate is a key position responsible for:

• Capturing professional photos of auction items with an iPhone
• Preparing and shipping orders to customers worldwide
• Assisting with firearms auction processing in compliance with ATF and Montana laws
• Helping relocate consignments in-house and occasionally traveling for pickups/deliveries

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and career-driven.

• Photography: Take clear, professional product images with an iPhone (product photography experience preferred)
• Order Fulfillment: Pack and ship items securely to ensure safe delivery
• Heavy Lifting: Move items over 75 lbs as part of regular duties
• Consignment Handling: Assist with moving consignments locally and to/from events
• Firearms Compliance: Photograph and process firearms per ATF and Montana regulations
• Travel: Occasionally travel for consignments and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent college education)
• Proficiency with iPhone photography; product photography skills are a plus
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
• Must be legally eligible to possess firearms under federal and Montana law (no disqualifying felony convictions)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Reliable, honest, punctual, and eager to grow a long-term career

• Salary: $40,000/year starting
