Annual Bonus Senior Marketing Analyst Boston, MA - Hybrid, on-site attendance 1x per week, Financial District. Relocation assistance is not available at this time. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to assist in measuring and analyzing the impact of a series of broad marketing initiatives, while supporting our business owners with consumer-level insights and recommendations. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for executing and analyzing measurement frameworks, summarizing business impact across individual marketing projects with actionable insights to a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director of Digital and Marketing Analytics to provide insight into paid and earned media’s impact on direct business performance, as well as assess Conversion Rate Optimization site enhancements. Additionally, one of our most critical initiatives is developing and managing a member-level analytics framework that integrates data across various touchpoints, providing a holistic view of our members and their interactions with our brand. This role will assist in developing a measurement solution that tracks membership enrollment, attrition, and retention to maximize member tenure and lifetime value. What will this role be doing on a day to day basis? ·
Media Measurement:
Develop and implement measurement frameworks for paid, earned, and owned media to assess and optimize the performance of marketing investments and optimize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). ·
Website and App Analytics:
Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of web and app analytics tools to understand customer behavior, engagement, conversion paths and pain points across digital properties. A/B testing to optimize experience and business outcomes. ·
Email Analytics Support : Collaborate with the CRM team to provide insights and support A/B testing and data-driven optimizations of email campaigns and promotions. ·
Market level testing : Setup and run geographically based incrementality testing or match market testing for new product launches, pricing, and marketing approaches and campaigns. ·
Member-Level Analytics : Design and implement a member-level analytics framework that brings together data from multiple channels, creating a comprehensive view of member interactions and lifetime value across touchpoints. ·
Cross-Channel Campaign Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs across all marketing activities, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance. ·
Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate across Marketing, Technology and Operations teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring analytics best practices and data usage. Qualifications · Detail-oriented and self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on media measurement and website and app analytics. · Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. · Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Amplitude a plus. · Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including ad platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Experience with Mparticle and Braze a plus. · Experience with multi-touch attribution models and marketing mix modeling is a plus. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross- functionally to drive data-based decision-making. We are open to candidates coming from both agency and brand-side backgrounds. Compensation:
