Program Execution Support the implementation of digital marketing programs including project management, content development, and content dissemination.
Participate in the analysis of digital project results and identify opportunities for improvement in work processes, program outcomes or agency engagement
Research and suggest additional digital opportunities that should be considered
Agency Engagement Deliver one-to-one consultations with referred and targeted new and established agents.
Utilize expertise in digital marketing to provide appropriate strategy and education to agents on a wide range of digital marketing programs including, organic search, social media strategy, web content strategy, online review acquisition and analytics & reporting.
Identify online opportunities for agents based on a variety of factors and translate those opportunities into recommendations for development of digital content for website and social media.
Work with target agents to fulfill digital marketing programs.
Prepare and deliver dynamic marketing presentations on digital marketing topics
Education Strategy Responsible for leading Education strategy across the Agent Digital, Social and Local teams, managing from inception to execution.
Development and execution of Education strategy and materials for the Digital Optimization Team
Define metrics for each program and identify success and/or opportunities.
Manage materials to ensure the education content meets quality standards, achieves business goals and supports the education strategy.
Manage the workflow from assignment through editing and legal approvals to execution.
Work with internal departments to support company initiatives through education materials.
Measurement Evaluate digital performance using available reports and analytics tools and make recommendations for improvements based on data.
Administration Follow all operational procedures.
Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required; marketing or journalism concentration preferred
3+ years Digital Marketing experience with account management preferred
Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, digital analytics and online reviews
Experience performing digital marketing assessments and the ability to translate your findings into a workable strategy
Experience working directly with SMBs, creating content, and knowledge of local search strategies is a huge plus.
Experience pulling, interpreting and presenting web analytics data
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Sugar CRM, etc.)
Functional Skills Intermediate/Advanced Marketing/Customer Experience/Consulting experience
Ability to work virtually across teams and individually.
Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced organization and project management skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Desired Skills Education development experience preferred
Insurance industry knowledge a plus
Travel Travel
in-person for team meetings once or twice a year.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $61,000.00 - 106,210.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
