Manager, Marketing Technology
to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role uses their understanding of sales and marketing processes, technology, and data to optimize and maintain the full marketing technology ecosystem. They evolve the technology stack to meet business requirements, work with cross-functional teams on delivery and support, and manage the integration of tools and platforms, with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation. create opportunities
in this Manager, Marketing Technology
role: Own processes driven and dependent on the CLA marketing technology stack, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancements. This includes marketing and sales data strategy, enrichment, standardization, and data integration.
Lead a technical team responsible for the development of new technologies and enhancement of existing technologies in the MarTech ecosystem, aligning closely with the CRM team.
Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to identify and refine ways to improve pipeline growth and efficiency, such as developing business cases for new technology, enhancing processes, supporting new features, and ensuring data availability for analytics.
Conceptualize and maintain data visualizations and analytics, aligning the growth strategy with actionable insights.
Support enterprise-wide IT projects on the implementation of solutions involving Dynamics 365.
Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing appropriate improvements ensuring processes are automated and can scale at an enterprise level. This also includes staying current with technology and digital marketing trends.
Drive usability and adoption by managing usage, licensing, trainings, and communications for users.
What you will need: 5 years of relevant experience in marketing technology required. Overall experience must include time in an administrator role as well as team leadership and/or management experience.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Technical Competencies: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, focused on CRM and Customer Insights.
Solid understanding of MS Power Platform and Dataverse
Familiarity with concepts such as agile development, design-thinking, customer experience
