*The Opportunity:*

We are looking for a talented *Amusement Audio & Network Technician* to be our lead expert on sound and connectivity. This is the ideal role for a hands-on pro who understands how modern audio and computer networking come together. You will be responsible for every technical aspect of our audio offerings, from designing sound systems and running cable to ensuring our jukeboxes have a rock-solid online connection.

*What You'll Do:*
* *Design & Installation:* Design and lay out sound systems for new client locations, including speaker placement, wiring paths, and amplifier configuration.
* *Cabling & Termination:* Run and professionally terminate all necessary low-voltage cabling, including Cat5/Cat6 for network connections and speaker wire for audio.
* *Networking:* Configure jukeboxes on client networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues (IP conflicts, firewall blocks, poor signal), and ensure reliable internet performance.
* *Expert Repair:* Perform expert diagnosis and repair on digital jukeboxes, amplifiers, and other audio-based amusement equipment.
* *Secondary Tasks:* Occasionally, you may work with the installation or maintenance of small camera systems.

*What We're Looking For (Your Skills):*
* *Required:*
* *Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals,* including IP addressing, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. You must be able to independently diagnose and resolve common network connectivity issues.
* *Proficiency in running and terminating low-voltage cabling,* specifically Cat5/Cat6 Ethernet cables.
* Proven experience in repairing and servicing commercial audio equipment (amplifiers, speakers, etc.).
* Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot both audio and network problems methodically.
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* *Bonus Points (Preferred):*
* Direct experience with TouchTunes, AMI, or other networked jukebox platforms.
* Formal networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+).
