Responsibilities: Actively identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential clients to create a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various organizations, from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. Master and enhance existing sales processes, collaborating with team members to develop and present compelling sales proposals. Prioritize client retention, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize revenue. Secure and conduct regular sales meetings to ensure high client satisfaction. Contribute to external marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Manage client contracts, project fulfillment, and oversee smooth project execution. Implement a comprehensive prospecting strategy, leveraging both in-person networking and digital sales campaigns. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a competitive media sales role, with a focus on business development. Previous media or advertising agency experience preferred. Proven success in prospecting and lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Proficiency in CRM software. Reliable transportation.
