ROLE PROFILE
The WHY
Reporting into the Head of PR & Partnerships, the PR & Partnerships Manager will drive strategic and effective influencer campaigns, ensuring key product moments deliver maximum impact. The role involves planning and executing paid and organic partnerships, managing budgets, talent proposals, and content approvals to uphold brand standards. Focused on ROI, reporting, and optimization, the manager will shape the brand’s ambassador strategy and lead a high-performing team. Leadership in events and campaign execution will be vital to enhancing the brand’s presence across various talent tiers.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT
Responsible for:
- Assisting the Head of PR and Partnerships in setting the overall channel strategy, from ideation to negotiation of content deliverables with partners and management.
- Reviewing, recommending, and auditing talent to align with brand strategy and drive sales and awareness.
- Approving all talent sign-offs and deliverables, ensuring coverage for launches, and guiding the team on growth areas.
- Identifying key talent occasions for celebration and gifting in line with those moments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with talent globally, especially fashion creatives and their management, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Overseeing influencer activity across channels like Instagram & TikTok, with potential future channels.
- Managing influencer content approval, brand guideline compliance, and performance metrics.
- Ensuring all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and ASA regulations.
- Supporting the Paid team with influencer content supply and long-term strategic planning.
- Managing influencer and agency relations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Communicating regularly with internal departments for cohesive campaign execution.
- Monitoring the marketing calendar weekly to align deals with upcoming events.
Accountable for:
- Managing the quarterly product moment budget from end to end.
- Signing off paid content from the Senior PR & Partnerships team.
- Creating and presenting talent proposals for launches and campaigns.
- Leading T2 events with team support.
- Managing daily team activities and supporting team development.
- Ensuring paid partnerships are commercially viable with a focus on ROI.
- Producing weekly paid and gifted activity reports, with MOM comparisons.
