Position Overview: As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to execute performance-driven PR campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to customer relations, promotional activities, and enhancing client visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Client Collaboration: Work with key accounts to align PR strategies with promotional goals
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage in-store service events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, effectively communicating promotional services
- Strategy & Measurement: Support the Marketing Manager in refining campaign strategies and tracking effectiveness
- Creative Contributions: Develop promotional materials and visual merchandising displays
- Supplier & Partner Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
- Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory
- Innovation: Propose new ideas to improve campaign efficiency and impact

Qualifications: We are looking for driven, organized individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Education: College degree (completed or in progress) preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years in public relations, communications, marketing, or related internships

- Independence: Ability to manage priorities and work independently
