The Coordinator functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Works cooperatively with the Dean of Enrollment & Student Services and Admissions staff to implement College recruitment plans including social media campaigns, marketing strategies, recruitment/outreach, admissions decision-making, planning, and coordinating recruitment activities such as campus visit programs, working with external and internal constituencies and developing and maintaining accurate records. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required License / Certification: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in college recruitment and admissions, marketing, public relations and social media management Effective Communication Skills, including public speaking and writing. Detail-oriented and very organized Strong presentation skills Experience using social media to recruit or promote Experience coordinating social media campaigns Strong computer skills required with some database management. Ability to work independently and as part of an office team. Must be a self-starter and problem solver. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with good driving record maintained. Requires use of a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance. Ability to travel throughout state of Ohio.
