Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for spearheading initiatives that enhance the Site Enablement Platform category and amplify Florence's market presence through community and partner programming. This executive will drive content creation, manage thought leadership, lead community programs, oversee industry association relations, direct hosted events, and formulate customer marketing strategies to foster business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Programs Leadership:
Initiate and manage community programs such as the Site Enablement League (100+ life science executives), ensuring active participation and valuable content delivery that aligns with organizational goals and matures the Site Enablement category in the market.
Florence User Community Program Leadership: Manage and grow Florence hosted community programs including our Executive Customer Advisory Board, User Groups, Product Committees and other programming that drives Florence business objectives.
Experiential Event Leadership:
Guarantee the success of hosted events including Research Revolution Global Summit, Research Revolution European Summit, and other Summits, ensuring they are effectively planned, executed within budget, and achieve objectives related to market awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Industry Association Relationship Management: Strategically manage partnerships with industry associations (such as SCRS, ACRP, AACI, MAGI, and others) to optimize the collaboration and position Florence’s thought leaders in influential roles.
Internal Thought Leadership Community Management: Partner with Chief Clinical Trial Officer (CCTO) to cultivate a robust internal thought leadership program, enabling internal KOLs and SMEs to contribute effectively to the industry narrative, participate in speaking engagements, and assume leadership roles within relevant associations and organizations.
External Thought Leadership Community Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with external industry thought leaders to form a collaborative network that supports Florence’s strategic objectives and enhances the industry's understanding of Site Enablement.
Partner Marketing Initiatives: Manage joint partner marketing initiatives with technology and other Florence partners including webinars, blog posts, and joint speaking engagements and event hosting.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
7+ years of related work experience including marketing/community engagement
Proven experience in Community Program Leadership
Experience managing innovative experiential events
SaaS industry experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree
