KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of commercial insurance prospects.
- Identify client needs and present customized property and casualty insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding professionalism and industry best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends, policy options, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and renewals.
- Must have prior insurance experience.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
