Marketing & Sales Administration Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
M&S Admin:
Support marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, scheduling meetings, organizing events/catering.
Support commercial team & customers in regulatory documentation processing.
Review, schedule and assign training requirements to new and existing marketing & sales professionals.
Process quarterly incentive plans for commercial team.
Collect supporting data and materials for executive presentations.
Organize site-wide events, including team building events, parties, all staff meetings, etc.
Assist site leadership & human resources with document filing, AP data entry, recruiting activities, onboarding support, benefits administration, etc.
Perform general office duties including mail collection, maintaining shared office spaces (lobby, conference rooms), organizing and ordering office supplies.
Commercial:
Manage sales operations of the online retail shop, updating pricing, reviewing trends, arranging shipments, distributing packages.
Marketing:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth on specifically assigned projects.
Manage social media calendar for specific product lines in the SSID portfolio.
Assist in tradeshow preparations, organizing travel, collateral printing and prep, giveaways, scheduling pre-tradeshow meetings and after the show debriefs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
Job Context:
When on site, CTK Biotech, Inc maintains a climate-controlled environment for the job Marketing & Sales Administration Associate. A typical workweek is Monday through Friday; however, the workweek may fluctuate based on the needs of the clients, partners, and tasks. Overtime is occasionally necessary with or without advance notice. The Marketing & Sales Administration Associate may be required to travel to sales/training meetings, tradeshows/conferences, or to external suppliers and vendors as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in a business admin or marketing role; experience in medical devices is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, education in the sciences, and particular interest in biology or human physiology is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced professional business environment.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation:
$45-55K ($22-26/hour) depending on experience
