What You’ll Do:
Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and diverse channels to uncover new sales opportunities Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present our offerings Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver exceptional service Embrace a hybrid work schedule, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into loyal customers Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads
