WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS AN SEO AND CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST? As a full-time SEO and Content Marketing Specialist, you perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and prioritize target keywords. You optimize website content to enhance search engine visibility and ensure the site's structure and navigation improve the user experience. Working closely with content creators, you produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and articles, implement link-building strategies to acquire authoritative backlinks, and manage local SEO efforts. You also conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, collaborate with web developers to implement best practices, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. By generating reports that track key metrics, such as organic traffic and keyword rankings, you provide actionable insights for improvement. WHAT'S NEEDED We're looking for someone who can work full-time Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm while meeting the following qualifications: Experience as an SEO specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and local SEO Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
